According to a survey done last year, Latino/Chicano Catholics are more in favor of gay marriage (57%) than their Protestant counterparts (22%)... Chalez, I dunno about you, but I don't even know of a Chicano who is a Christian Protestant, you know these small churches managed by some gringo in a small place that used to be a Jack in The Box. Almost every homie that I know and his family are all Catholics and they are down. The protestants that I met were all uptight, they don't even drink. No mames!

The US Census says that la raza is not reproducing enough and our birthrate is dropping, thanks to the economy. Yeah, no shit. That is bad though. We need haynas to start having nenes or else there wont be enough homies for the next generation for us to enjoy! Ay! Chalez!

Forbes is saying that Latino/Chicano owned businesses are leading the economic recovery. Wow, I didn't know there were that many carritos de elote, taquerias, tameleras, paleteros, party rental, and tax preparation places in the country. At least we are our own bosses and make the money. And there is nothing wrong with making money. I like money. Many homies like money. Many homies do anything for money... eh... if you know what I mean.

Many Chicanos are pissed off with Obama because of his deportation policy. I say if you are a hot vato, you stay. Little fugly? Make him run all the way to Mexico to lose some of that pansa.

Chicanos are calling for Sheriff Joe Arpaio to resign. They say he has been racially profiling. I tend to do that too. Hot firme vatos over here. Ugly gingros over there! This guy needs to get the hint though. I think it is time for the country's "toughest" Sheriff to consider retirement.

A growing number of young Chicanos are going to juvi for doing drugs. I think drugs should be legal, but come on... have you ever seen a vato who is a heavy a drug user? Trust me its not pretty. Vatos needs to know that doing a lot of drugs (and weed is NOT a drug) can really screw up your body and the way you look like and make you look ugly. Seriously though. Just stick to weed and beer and you'll be fine.
